One of our first priorities at school is to learn Thai language. As we are in Thailand, we have to learn Thai to have effective communication with Thai people when we go out. Cooperating with some Thai schools, we have sent many of our young students to Thai school for years. Almost all our Thai students are born in migrant area in Thailand. So they can have a chance to have education in Thai schools. We are always very glad to see that our students know and speak Thai much far better than us, the teachers, at our school. We also find out that they also get higher paid than other Burmese migrant workers at work. Many of them are now still studying, some are working and some work as volunteer teachers at our school.
