Zaw Win Htut
My name is Zaw Win Htut. My parents earn money by farming for our family financial including our education. I have four siblings among us I am the youngest.
I attended and studied from Kindergarten to until Grade-5 at Primary Education School at Kway Lay village with my parents supporting. After I had passed Grade-6, I needed to be transferred to Primary Middle School, but my parents were facing with hard time with financial case. Thus, my parents asked help from my uncle who lives in Hmawbi Township at Yangoon to support my studying. I moved to my uncle place to continue my education. At Hmawbi No (1) Basic High Education School, I studied from Grade-6 to Grade-10, matriculation class. In 2015-2016 academic year, I failed matriculation at my freshly year at Hmawbi school. Both of my parents and uncle could not support me because it costs a lot for a high school student in a year. Therefore, I could not take matriculation exam in next year, but I decided to help in teaching at my village Kway Lay School. After that I got a contact about New Blood School from a teacher, U Kyaw Kyaw Win.
Therefore, in 2017-2018 academic year, I moved to attend matriculation class New Blood School which is a school for migrant children and locate in Naung Bwa village, Mae Sot, Thailand. Finally, I have passed matriculation exam under the teaching and guiding of teachers from New Blood School. I got 269 out of 600 points. My parents are not educated people, so they want that their children to be educated people. Although they could not support me they decided to send me to New Blood School where I can continue my education and then they did the right decision.
