Bo Aung Sun

My name is Saw Aung San Min. I was born in A HSon village, kyar inn seik Gyi Township, Karen state, Myanmar on 5.6.1998. I was the youngest son of 4 siblings. My parents could not support our family’s accommodation, so my 15 year old eldest sister went to work in Bangkok to cover our family’s accommodation and our school educational fees too. Thus, we 3 brothers could attend school with the support of my sister. Unluckily, we were older and older, and also our grades were higher and higher too.

At the same time, our school’s educational fees were higher and higher too. Thus, our sister could not sufficiently support us with her salary. Accordingly, both of my brothers came to Umpien camp and they continued their study there. As for me, I could attend school till grade-7 in Primary school of Ason village, kyar inn seik Gyi Township, Karen state, in Myanmar.

However, I could only afford to attend grade-9 only because of that the educational fee was very expensive for me. I came to Naung Bwa Village, Mae Sot Township, Thailand. Luckily, I got an address of New Blood which allows to open higher educational levels. Without hesitating, I came New Blood as I wanted to get more information about the school and to enrolled grade 10 for my future education. Luckily, I saw both of school’s director and headmistress who were very kind to me and also encouraged me to attend grade-10 and allowed me to take matriculation exam too. Hence, I became one of the matriculation exam students of 2015-16 academic year. Unluckily, I failed the first year of matriculation exam, but I did give back for the next year. Therefore, I enrolled grade-10 for one more year. As a result, I passed the matriculation exam of 2017-18 academic year with 297 marks which were very invaluable scores for my life. I am now attending at Education College in Pathein, Myanmar.
