Kitchen Materials

Kitchen material is one of the basic needs of our school. Kitchen materials like bowls, cups and plates are sometimes accidently broken by our under 10 year old students. As we use charcoal to cook curry for our students, the cooking pots become thinner and thinner easily. They need to be replaced every year or every second year for the safety of the cooks and the students who have cooking duty.

Rice cooking pots need to be replaced as well when they are used over a period of time. As we cook rice using gas cylinder, the good and undamaged rice pots are needed for the safety.

The following table shows what we currently need. No content or list in the table means we currently don’t need anything yet concerning kitchen material.
