Mg Khun Mya

My name is Maung Hkun Myat. I was born in 13.1.1997 and I am the middle one amongst five siblings. I am 21 years old now and I live in Ayemyatharyar quarter, Myitkyina Township, kachin state. Due to political conflict and family’s financial condition and hardships, I lost the chance to take grade 10 exam there.From that, I stopped learning education for four years. During these years, I worked as a carpenter to help my family. At that time, I got 5000 kyats per day.

After stopping education for four years, I had got the chance to re-study grade-10 in philanthropic school, New Blood school, which is opened in Mae Sot city, Naung Bwa district, Thailand, with the contact of my aunt. For me, who is very far with standard education, passed the exam after learning so hard and took exam for three times.The subjects taught are so difficult for me for the first year to take an exam. But after continuing taking exam for three time without disappointment, I have passed the exam with the score of 246. I am now attending at Government Technical Institute in Kachin State, Myanmar. Before the time of attending the I volunteered and helped at New Blood School that give me full accommodation and help me to learn education completely with all my intellectual ability.
