Paw Khee Lar

My name is Paw Khee Lar and I was born in Warbaw village, Lamaing city, Mon state. I attended the school started from KG (kindergarten) to grade-4 in Warbaw village since there was just primary level in our village for we had a very few teachers. I attended grade-5 in monastery school at the ends of the south. While I learned grade-5, my parents’ business wasn’t going well, so I had to leave the school at grade 5. I have four siblings and I had to re-attend grade-5 in Thent Pa Yar village, Kyar Inn Seik Gyi Township when my parents business become a little bit well. I also attend grade-6, 7 and 8 in Aung Chan Thar philanthropic nun school at Nay Pyi Taw as Nun by wearing Nun robe. There was just the middle education in Nun school, so I have to change school to attend grade 9. And it is not proper to continue my education as a nun, and so that I changed my color.

And then, I moved to Pa Htain Yo School situated in Thaton city to attend grade 9. I attended grade 10 in Mawt Ka Nay School at Lamaing city in 2015-2016. It was too much cost to support my brother to continue education to collage by my parents, so they can’t support me no more for my education. My mother contacts my brother who works in Mae Tao clinic, Mae Sot, Thailand. My brother also contacts with the headmaster of New Blood School. When I got here, the headmaster encourage me with words and tell me the rules to follow. After that, I have got the strength to re-study grade 10 again. In 2016-2017 matriculation exam, although I try my best I failed the exam by getting 35 marks in English subject because I am so bad at English subject. When I looked at the result, I felt bad about my result because even I passed in 5 subject, I failed with English subject.

In the next year, I try my best with indomitable spirit to be able to pass grade 10. All my teacher induce me to study every day and with all kindness of those people I passed the matriculation exam in 2017-2019. My total score is 312. I am currently studying at Education College in Pathein, Myanmar.
